Gerden {New Soul}

If you have been following me for a while, you will probably remember the beautiful pregnancy session of Cobus & Merani. Well, since then, they have been blessed with a little boy named Gerden, he is around 6 months here. It was evident on the day of the shoot (and as you will see in these photos) that they absolutely love this little boy with all their hearts and that they will give him everything they can for the rest of his life! I was blessed to, yet again, photograph someone that I have known since kindergarden, I have known Wihan and his family for such a long time and I'm so happy he has found Alda, she is such a stunning person, inside & out. Jan Daniel {New Soul}

Baby nr. 3 in the Van Dyk family also arrived heathy and too cute for words. Little Jan Daniel is such a sweetie and really easy to photograph. His parents (my cousin) Gert & Nadie did their pregnancy session late last year and in 2012 they welcomed this little guy into the world! Jan is a very friendly baby and has the funniest expressions some times. Its so exciting seeing these little human beings grow up - truly an honour being part of their lives. Read more

Etienne & Schantel {Potbelly}

I was so stoked to find out that Etienne & Schantel are expecting a little girl named Ella! In all the years I have known and worked with Schantel (Kiekiephotography) I've come to realize that she is one of the best business women ever, she is also a photographer, but recently started selling handbags and accessories for photographers. Carl Joseph {tiny Love}

My beautiful little nephew is just one of the prettiest little babies ever. He has a thick head of hair that is growing rapidly - he definitely inherited the Van Dyks crowns on his head (you will see in the second part of this post that his hair just goes everywhere) He wakes up with a natural mohawk, it's so cute!
