It was a million tiny little things that, when you added them all up, they meant we were supposed to be together ~ Sleepless in Seattle

Film sessions are my favourite, a lot of people have been asking me about film, so just to give you a little more info, the film sessions are shot on a medium format film camera (no digital camera is used unless noted - for weddings I will shoot both film and digital if film is added as an extra), I send my film off to get processed and scanned by my lab, The Find Lab in Utah, USA. They scan it in digitally and I get the jpeg files via FTP where I prepare them for my clients. The process is wonderful and I love the dynamic range I have with film, it also looks different and it has actually slowed me down to stop and think about all the aspects before taking the shot. I would love to hear what your thoughts are on film or this shoot.

This is a very special session, for my cousin Marné and her fiancé, Luan! These two tied the knot about 2 weeks ago, so looking forward to blog their wedding too. But first, all the other shoots and weddings in between ;) Keep a look out on the blog, much more to come in the next couple of weeks.
